How to use and store
How much Klario should I take?
Klario can be taken in the same way as standard sugar options containing 15g of glucose. When your blood sugar is below 4 mmol/L, take one whole Klario drink. If your blood sugar is higher (e.g., in the 4-6 mmol/L range and you want to prevent a further drop), a half-dose may be appropriate.
Wait 15 minutes before retesting your blood glucose levels. Have more if needed, or follow up with a slow-release carb.
For those using a hybrid closed-loop (HCL) system or pump, a smaller dose may be required; we recommend following the specific guidance provided by your clinical team.
How should Klario be stored?
Store in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight, and out of reach of young children. It is best consumed immediately after opening. You can keep Klario out of the fridge, but many people find it nicer when chilled.
Why does my Klario vary in color?
Due to Klario containing natural ingredients, the color may vary slightly over time or between batches. This is normal and does not affect how the product works.
Why does my Klario look cloudy?
Because we use natural ingredients and minerals, it is normal for bottles of Klario to have some separation or cloudiness. This does not impact the function of the product.

How long will my Klario take to arrive?
Delivery timelines for Klario vary based on your specific location. In most cases, you can expect your order to arrive within 3–8 business days.
The exact delivery time and cost for your address will be calculated and shown at checkout.
No orders will be dispatched or collected by the courier on Bank Holidays. Please allow an extra day for delivery when ordering around a bank holiday.

Subscriptions
Can I try Klario without a subscription?
Yes, no problem. Our Essential-pack is a good way to get started, and you can buy a Starter-pack too. However, many people find our flexible subscription cheaper and more convenient. You can amend or cancel your subscription anytime.
When will my payment(s) be taken?
When you start a subscription, your first payment will be taken straight away. After that, subscription payments will be taken from your card regularly and automatically, depending on your chosen plan.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, you can make adjustments to your subscription, including canceling or pausing, up until your subscription renewal date. You will receive an email reminder 2 days prior to this date.
How do I change the payment details on my subscription?
Simply log in to your online account and go to the "manage my subscriptions" tab. There, you can add or change the payment method.

Returns and refunds
Can I return my Klario order?
Due to the nature of Klario as a sealed food item, returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you should contact support@myklario.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, name, a description of the issue, and photographs if possible. Klario will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund in line with consumer law.
How do I process a return for a faulty or damaged Klario order?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@myklario.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the issue. Once our team has reviewed the details, we will get in touch to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Once we have verified the issue, we will process a replacement or refund immediately. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
